By accessing our website or engaging us for web development, graphics design, or tech support services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Our Services
We provide Web Development (design, hosting, domain, custom email), Graphics Design (logos, print materials, merchandise/uniform production), and Tech Support (OS installs, repairs, troubleshooting). Scope, timeline, and cost are agreed with you before work begins.
3. Quotes, Payment & Delivery
Quotes are provided after an initial consultation. Larger projects may require an upfront deposit. Final files, websites, or repaired devices are delivered once payment terms have been met in full.
4. Revisions & Satisfaction
We welcome your feedback throughout every project and handle revisions collaboratively within the agreed scope. Significant changes beyond the original scope may be quoted as additional work.
5. Third-Party Services
Some services rely on third parties we coordinate on your behalf - domain registrars, hosting and email providers, and manufacturing factories. LSTAR Tek is not responsible for delays or issues caused directly by these providers.
6. Ownership & IP
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
7. Tech Support & Repairs
You are responsible for backing up important data before handing over a device where possible. Data recovery attempts are made on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of success.
8. Limitation of Liability
LSTAR Tek is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, services, or delivered projects, including business interruption or third-party actions beyond our control.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
